Scientific Microlearning
Innovative aspects of learning strategy are accommodated in this scientific microlearning with experimental video clip support (IMEVCS). It is very basic, support almost all Innovative learning models based on the scientific method, such as case-based learning (CBL) and project-based learning (PBL). Our R&D team has continuously developed science learning programs toward scientific literacy. R&D (Sudria, Redhana, and Suja, 2022) succeeded in developing scientific microlearning prototypes with inductive reasoning and deductive reasoning respectively for a basic chemical concept. A total of 24 scientific microlearnings of basic chemical core concepts for three topics (Thermochemistry, Reaction Rates, and Chemical Equilibrium) were successfully created, mostly using inductive reasoning. About three closely related microlearnings are organized in a cluster (module unit) which is expected to be achieved in a weeks learning with an integration of two credits units for theory and one credit for laboratory work through small group investigations. Each microlearning sequentially consists of a worksheet, a learning texts of material, and a set of assessment tasks and psottest. Completed worksheet and assignment documents by the learner is very important as authentic assessment for the scientific activities
